How we work
Legacy Health Consultants is an independent agency based in Earlham, Iowa. We serve all of Iowa, and we come to you: by phone, by video, or in person wherever's convenient for you. There's no office you have to drive to. When you call, you get Roger. We compare plans from the carriers appointed with us, tell you the trade-offs in plain language, and document your decision so there's never a question about what you chose or who helped you.
Federal Marketplace rules require agents to get your documented consent before helping you and to review your application with you before it's submitted (CMS Marketplace rules, 45 CFR 155.220). We follow that process on every Marketplace enrollment. Read how to check your own enrollment.

About Roger
Roger Hulbert, Owner
Roger grew up in Earlham, graduated from Earlham, and lives near it today with three teenage boys. He served as a medic in the U.S. Army with duty stations in Germany and at West Point, then attended the University of Iowa College of Nursing.
In 2010, while running his own business, he tried to buy health insurance for his employees and hit every wall there is. He paired his clinical training with what he learned about coverage, and he's advised Iowa individuals and employers ever since.
